Melting
We handle all melting processes in-house to ensure quality and consistency. Using a blend of aluminum ingots and other raw materials, we melt and refine them to create high-quality aluminum alloys tailored to meet specific requirements.
Billets
The result of our melting process is high-quality aluminum billets. We produce billets in various alloys, including 6063, 6061, and 6005, tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Before each billet is ready for extrusion, we perform precise composition tests using our advanced spectrometer to ensure that each alloy meets strict industry standards. This careful quality control guarantees that our billets are consistently reliable and meet the highest performance requirements for your applications.
Dies
Our dedicated team of experts designs and creates custom dies tailored to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Additionally, our in-house team conducts regular maintenance on all dies to ensure that the finished product adheres to the highest standards of quality and precision, maintaining strict tolerances. Our dies costs start at $600 each, with prices varying based on size, complexity, and dimensions.
Extrusion
Extrusion is the process of shaping aluminum by pushing it through a precisely designed die, creating profiles with specific cross-sectional shapes. Our advanced extrusion lines are capable of producing profiles in sizes of up to 4", 5", and 6", ensuring precision and versatility for a wide range of applications.
Anodizing
Anodizing is a process where each aluminum profile is coated with a durable oxide layer, enhancing its resistance to corrosion, improving its aesthetic appeal, and providing insulation properties. We offer a range of standard anodizing colors, including clear, champagne, bronze, dark brown, and black, allowing you to choose the finish that best suits your needs.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting, or abrasive blasting, is a technique used to clean and/or etch surfaces by propelling an abrasive material, such as sand, beads, or shot, at high velocity against the product. Our sandblasting process uses glass beads to effectively eliminate extrusion lines, resulting in a smoother finish with fewer visible lines and a more refined appearance.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a technique that provides aluminum profiles with a wide range of vibrant colors and finishes. The result is a uniform, durable, and high-quality coating that enhances both the aesthetic appeal and longevity of the product. Unlike traditional coatings, powder coating does not volatilize, oxidize, or harm the environment, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Our dedicated quality control team meticulously inspects each extrusion to ensure it is free from defects and meets the highest standards of quality. We adhere to ASTM standards for precise dimensions, ensuring that every product is in perfect condition before packing and delivery.
Packing & Delivery
We offer a variety of packing options to ensure the safe and secure transportation of your products, including paper interleaves, shrink wrap, plastic wrap, kraft paper, sticker protectors, and PE foam. To facilitate easy handling and storage, we can also discuss options such as pallets and trolleys. For every order, we work with our customers to create a customized loading plan, optimizing the shipping process to minimize labor and costs.
